Next Gen Atlanta has been greenlit, making it the first extension of Bravo’s Next Gen NYC, according to The Hollywood Reporter. The network revealed the news Friday, ahead of Bravo Fan Fest Charleston. Next Gen NYC debuted in 2025, and the Atlanta series takes the format to a new city.

The NYC show mixes children of Housewives with other cast members, several of whom have parents who also have experience in the spotlight. Its second season wrapped in September. Ariana Biermann and Riley Burruss are daughters of Atlanta Housewives Kim Zolciak-Biermann and Kandi Burruss, while Hudson McLeroy’s father co-founded Zaxby’s.

Other season two cast members included Emira D’Spain, Brooks Marks, Ava Dash, Gia Giudice, Shai Fruchter, Georgia McCann, Charlie Zakkour, Rowan Henchy and Liam Obergfoll. Henchy is Brooke Shields’ daughter, and Obergfoll is the son of former Nickelodeon president Cyma Zarghami.

Bravo also renewed Next Gen NYC for a third season, so the franchise now has a New York run continuing alongside the new Atlanta project.

Who will be in the Next Gen Atlanta cast?

Bravo has not shared any details about who will make up the Next Gen Atlanta cast. The official logline describes a city where hip-hop, sports and entertainment shape the social scene. It follows rising personalities, some with famous ties and others building their names from scratch, all juggling careers, friendships and family.

Blink49 Studios is producing the series. Tara Long, Nadine Rajabi, Mark Ford, Ben Magargel, Salena Rochester and Shari Levine serve as executive producers, with Bianca Barnes-Williams, Tiffany Mills and Anne Swan also credited in that role. Lauren Nathan is co-executive producer.

The renewals reach beyond the Next Gen brand. Southern Hospitality, the Charleston-based show that grew out of Southern Charm, will return for season five. Its fourth season ended in June.

In The City, the Summer House spinoff, is also getting a second season. Its debut installment concluded in July.

Leva Bonaparte is credited as an executive producer of Southern Hospitality. The new season five logline, however, does not mention that the show centers on her nightclub, Republic Garden & Lounge. The change was previewed in a June interview with The Hollywood Reporter.

“While Republic will still be the base of the show, it gives legs to everyone to explore their careers in different ways,” Kemar Bassaragh, Bravo’s vp of unscripted lifestyle, told The Hollywood Reporter in June.

Bassaragh’s point was that hospitality is a large business in Charleston. Because the show is built around that profession, viewers can follow cast members through their professional lives, which he said gives the series room to grow in ways other shows cannot.

Bravo is also launching its first original scripted microdrama, Charmed by a Southern Monster, on Monday, Nov. 9, exclusively on the Peacock app. Southern Charm star Craig Conover plays Hunter Caldwell, opposite Nicole Mattox as Maeve Marchant. Per a release, the series blends soapy romance, workplace rivalry and small-town mystery.

Micromaker and Haymaker East produce the microdrama. Aaron Rothman, Josh Halpert and Jesse Light executive produce, Caroline Bomback co-executive produces, Lyla Trilling wrote it and Yoraiia directed.

Bravo Fan Fest Charleston is a one-day event with a full day of live panels, intimate photo opportunities, immersive experiences and activations. Peacock will livestream every main stage panel. Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen is set to tape shows leading up to the event in back-to-back sessions on Oct. 22 and 23.

Next up on the calendar: the Charleston fan event, the Oct. 22 and 23 tapings, and the Nov. 9 Peacock debut of the microdrama. Bravo has yet to reveal who will join the Next Gen Atlanta cast.
